Our product range has been carefully curated using Tim’s experience as a chef, and our extensive network of local producers. From quality, locally sourced meat, to game, fresh fish, deli products and cheeses, means we can meet virtually any requirement. If there is something we don’t hold in stock, come and speak to us, and we are happy to source specific products.
British Beef and Lamb
Most of our British Beef and Lamb is sourced locally from our panel of suppliers and farms, giving us excellent traceability and provenance.
Poultry and Game
We offer a wide range of poultry including a selection of corn fed products. This is in addition to duck and turkey, and game, when in season, making the most of the excellent local game producers.
Pork
We source our Pork from a number of suppliers, most local, giving our customers an excellent choice of quality produce.
Fresh Fish
Our network of respected coastal suppliers, ensures our fresh fish is responsibly sourced, fresh and of exceptional quality, backed up with our membership with The National Federation of Fishmongers.
Frozen Products
We supplement our superb range of fresh products by offering an extensive range of frozen products all of which are carefully chosen for their quality and flavour.
Cheeses
Our stock of cheeses is extensive with around 150 held in stock, however, we can source over 1000 varieties. From a standard block cheddar, to something more unusual, our excellent contacts mean we are always able to help.
Cooked Meats and Deli
Our Charcuterie and deli product range is extensive, ranging from sliced ham and corned beef, to whole joints of Chorizo and Milano Salami, Whole Mortadella and cooked half or whole Ham Joints. We are pleased to work with some of the best British, Italian, Spanish and French producers and suppliers.
