A former Chef, with a background in wholesale food, Tim decided to venture out on his own in 2001. Equipped with just a van, some cold storage and a vision to provide quality produce at fair prices, he started by knocking on the doors of pubs and restaurants at weekends, gradually building up his network. From these humble beginnings, the team at Jolly Foods has grown into the thriving and respected food wholesaler that it is today.
